Pakistan is one country and a culprit residing anywhere in it can be prosecuted under its laws without regard to the place he belongs to. The principle that the provincial and regional demarcations cannot bar the legal prosecution was laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Bizenjo during the regime of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. Regional prejudices are being stirred up simply to cover up crimes.
