Third and the most important necessity is a new political and economic leadership, which is willing to challenge the present system and can put anything at stake to establish the new system. The present leadership has lost its vision and enjoys no credibility within and outside the country. What this leadership has accomplished over the past 15 years, suggests that the nation should not commit the foolishness of testing it anymore.
