We hope that the weaknesses of the Bill will be removed by the Parliament where- from it will emerge as a document on which our nation, even our generations to come, will pride. The Parliament should labor Hard to do away with the short- comings of the Bill. We propose to give our own detailed evaluation in a forthcoming issue.
